- Starter ($5 NZD/mo) — 50 of everything, payroll, inventory, Stripe & PayPal
- Pro ($10 NZD/mo) — Unlimited everything, Akahu bank feeds, full API, priority support
3. User Accounts
- Providing accurate business and contact information
- Maintaining confidentiality of credentials
- Notifying us of unauthorised access
- Keeping 2FA credentials secure
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free plan available indefinitely, no credit card required
- Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe
- No lock-in contracts — cancel anytime
5. Acceptable Use Policy
- No unlawful purposes or false financial records
- No unauthorised access or service disruption
- No scraping or automated data extraction
6. Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of all business data
- Export all data anytime via CSV/PDF
- Account deletion removes data within 30 days
